Eaton County, MI 911, Sheriff, and Corrections Departments Select SunGard’s OSSI Public Safety Software

The suite provides a fully integrated system that affords each agency real-time access to shared information, helping to improve response times, reduce costs, and increase officer safety.
Eaton County will implement the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS), and Mobile Computing (MCT) components of the OSSI Public Safety Suite. The Jail Management System helps sheriffs eliminate redundant data entry and increase overall efficiency, maintaining data on inmates from booking to release.
