Customer Support The SunGard Public Sector customer support operations team works closely with customers to resolve any technical or product issues related to PLUS 360 software solutions. We employ a full range of technical and customer service experts to ensure that each inquiry is handled in a timely manner. In order to provide customers with the most up-to-date information possible, SunGard Public Sector also provides access to online customer forums and customer-only websites that deliver the latest product, feature and service updates. Client relationship managers (CRMs) act as client advocates internally and offer customers a single point of contact to field inquiries regarding our products, including feature updates, new product releases and upcoming product development.
